This project included, a dwarf wall and a polycarbonate roof, with windows carefully designed to harmonize with the home’s recently updated ones. Residential Estate,Gosforth
A Refurbishment Scheme to replace all existing windows to 40 maisonettes on a residential estate. The majority of tenants living on this estate are elderly which required on-going careful liaising between ourselves, the landlord, the letting agent and the tenants themselves.

Stanhope Apartments, South Shields
A complex project to replace all of the existing windows and doors for 18 apartments in three adjoining buildings. The scope of work included removing and disposing of the existing units, installing new windows, doors, frames and trim on building facades.
